Vypad\u00e1 to jednodu\u0161e. Pozn\u00e1m kdo jsem a pak budu j\u00edst podle tabulky. Tak to mnoho za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edk\u016f s&nbsp;ajurv\u00e9dou za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1, ale bohu\u017eel tato pravda nen\u00ed \u00fapln\u00e1 a n\u011bkdy m\u016f\u017ee tento postup podle tabulek i \u010dlov\u011bka po\u0161kodit. \u017divot je \u017eiv\u00fd a na\u0161e t\u011blo nelze napasovat do jedn\u00e1 z&nbsp;ur\u010den\u00fdch tabulek. Tabulky existuj\u00ed pro pochopen\u00ed a zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed cel\u00e9ho konceptu, ale pravda je mnohem komplexn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a hlub\u0161\u00ed. Na toto t\u00e9ma se d\u00e1 napsat op\u011bt cel\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek. Ale to nen\u00ed zde na m\u00edst\u011b. A proto\u017ee se chceme spolu pod\u00edvat na to, jak se navz\u00e1jem ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed emoce a tr\u00e1ven\u00ed, poj\u010fme  se v\u011bnovat tomu, jak emoce ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed tr\u00e1vic\u00ed \u00fastroj\u00ed. M\u016f\u017ee se toti\u017e st\u00e1t, \u017ee i kdy\u017e dodr\u017eujeme dokonale doporu\u010den\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, nemus\u00ed doch\u00e1zet k&nbsp;vytou\u017een\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m. Z&nbsp;m\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti s&nbsp;klienty \u0159e\u0161\u00edme \u010dasto ot\u00e1zku toho, \u017ee jed\u00ed dob\u0159e, ale to, co jim br\u00e1n\u00ed v&nbsp;opravdov\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b je stres, v&nbsp;podob\u011b emo\u010dn\u00edho tlaku. V&nbsp;t\u011ble neproud\u00ed dob\u0159e \u017eivotn\u00ed energie, pr\u00e1na.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oslabuje ledviny a funkci tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva: chronick\u00e1 z\u00e1cpa a nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, oslaben\u00e9 nadledvinky, \u00fanava a n\u00e1r\u016fst toxin\u016f v t\u011ble<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Smutek<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00edtost, pocit ztracenosti, hlubok\u00fd smutek, bolest na srdci, zklam\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nezpracovan\u00fd smutek se akumuluje v&nbsp;oblasti plic a srdce. Z&nbsp;toho m\u016f\u017ee vzniknout deprese, letargie a to se manifestuje ajurv\u00e9dsk\u00e1 jako n\u00e1r\u016fst elementu vody a zem\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To v\u0161e d\u00e1v\u00e1 vzniku diabetu, hyperglykemii, hlenu ve stolici, r\u00fdm\u011b, ka\u0161li, plicn\u00edm infekc\u00edm, t\u011b\u017ekosti, letargii, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 chuti k&nbsp;j\u00eddlu, zadr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed vody, lymfatick\u00fdm otok\u016fm, obezit\u011b, rakovin\u011b, n\u00e1dor\u016fm, hypotyroismu a n\u011bkter\u00fdm kardio-vaskul\u00e1rn\u00edm chorob\u00e1m<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vztek<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vztek, nen\u00e1vist, z\u00e1vist, \u017e\u00e1rlivost, jsou ob\u010das maskov\u00e1ny frustrac\u00ed, kritikou, iritac\u00ed, vnit\u0159n\u00ed \u010di vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed agres\u00ed, odporem, nep\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00fdm postojem, pasivn\u00ed agres\u00ed, sarkasmem a nedostate\u010dnou schopnost\u00ed odpou\u0161t\u011bt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato skupina emoc\u00ed se \u0159ad\u00ed k&nbsp;tzv. hork\u00fdm emoc\u00edm, kter\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed k&nbsp;elementu ohn\u011b a maj\u00ed afinitu k&nbsp;j\u00e1tr\u016fm a \u017elu\u010dn\u00edku, a proto ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed jejich zdrav\u00ed. V&nbsp;t\u011ble se tyto emoce projevuj\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bty v\u010detn\u011b auto-imunitn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, nemocemi srdce, krv\u00e1civost\u00ed, horkost\u00ed, n\u00e1valy, vyr\u00e1\u017ekami na k\u016f\u017ei, migr\u00e9nami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frustrace, iritace souvis\u00ed se \u017ealudkem a mohou v\u00e9st k&nbsp;refluxu, k&nbsp;neschopnosti vst\u0159eb\u00e1vat potravu, k&nbsp;nevolnostem, a ke vzniku v\u0159ed\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CO B\u011a\u017dN\u011a D\u011aL\u00c1ME, KDY\u017d EMOCE P\u0158IJDE?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e c\u00edt\u00edme, \u017ee p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed emoce, m\u00e1me na v\u00fdb\u011br, jak se zachovat. D\u011bkuji v\u0161em u\u010ditel\u016fm i kamar\u00e1d\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed kdy pro m\u011b toto pole bezpe\u010d\u00ed a \u010dist\u00e9ho pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed bez hodnocen\u00ed mohli poskytnout (Komala de Amorim, Komala Lyra, Oneness centrum na Rusav\u011b aj.), jedn\u00e1 se o velmi siln\u00fd l\u00e9\u010debn\u00fd proces, kter\u00fd mohu poskytovat d\u00e1l lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed to pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JAK PROB\u00cdH\u00c1 L\u00c9\u010cEBN\u00dd PROCES V T\u011aLE P\u0158I V\u011aDOM\u00c9 TRANSFORMACI EMOC\u00cd?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e jsme schopni transformovat emo\u010dn\u00ed bolest, kter\u00e1 do t\u00e9 doby stagnuje v&nbsp;t\u011blesn\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00edch, bu\u0148ky v&nbsp;t\u011ble se za\u010dnou pro\u010di\u0161\u0165ovat, p\u0159estavovat a za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed spolu komunikovat (extr\u00e9mn\u00edm opakem je autoimunitn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, kdy se n\u00e1dorov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky rozhodly j\u00edt proti vlastn\u00edmu t\u011blu). Bu\u0148ky se za\u010dnou zbavovat fyzick\u00fdch i ment\u00e1ln\u00edch toxin\u016f, kter\u00e9 dr\u017eely roky. Mohla je zp\u016fsobit jedna jedin\u00e1 v\u011bta: nap\u0159. \u201eNesn\u00e1\u0161\u00edm sv\u00e9 t\u011blo\u201c. V&nbsp;tomto l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9m procesu se t\u011blo za\u010dne cel\u00e9 p\u0159estavovat do harmonick\u00e9ho stavu, za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed se tvo\u0159it nov\u00e9 synapse atd. A v\u00fdsledkem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt klid, radost, \u00faleva, pocit \u00faplnosti, p\u0159ijet\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edliv energie. Tento proces vy\u017eaduje tak\u00e9 prostor, odpo\u010dinek, dostatek vody a \u017eiv\u00e9 stravy pro intenzivn\u011b pracuj\u00edc\u00ed bu\u0148ky cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla. M\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ij\u00edt i velk\u00e1 \u00fanava z&nbsp;tohoto procesu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00edce informac\u00ed na toto t\u00e9ma p\u0159ipravuji ve video nahr\u00e1vce, kter\u00e1 bude hotova b\u011bhem z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed.
